At Physique & Fitness (www.physiqueandfitness.in), all membership fees, registration fees, personal training packages, and other services are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is made. By purchasing any membership or service, you agree to this policy.
Membership Fees
- All memberships (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual) are final.
- No partial, prorated, or refundable fees for any reason, including change of mind, relocation, medical conditions, pregnancy, travel, dissatisfaction, or work schedule changes.
Personal Training & Specialized Services
- Personal training packages, group classes, and special programs are non-refundable.
- Unused sessions expire; cancellations or missed sessions will not be refunded.
Registration, Processing, and Event Fees
- All one-time fees, enrollment charges, and workshop/event fees are non-refundable.
- If Physique & Fitness cancels a program, a full refund or credit will be provided.
Products
- Merchandise, supplements, and equipment are non-refundable, unless defective (exchange within 7 days with proof of purchase).
Exceptions
- Gym Closure: Prorated refund for unused membership if the facility permanently closes.
- Serious Medical Conditions: Membership freeze or credit may be considered with valid medical documentation.
- Our Error: Billing errors or overcharges will be corrected promptly.
Membership Freeze & Termination
- Members may freeze memberships for valid reasons (medical, travel) at management discretion; freeze fees may apply.
- Termination or cancellation does not entitle members to any refund.
Auto-Renewal Memberships
- Cancel before renewal to avoid charges; current period fees are non-refundable.
